What's included in a package price?
Flights, hotel stay and airport transfers as standard. Sightseeing, travel insurance and visa assistance are added based on the destination and what you ask for — we'll always show you the breakdown before you book, nothing bundled in silently.
How far in advance should I book?
For visa-heavy destinations like Canada, USA and Schengen countries, 6–8 weeks gives us the most room for appointment slots and better fares. For domestic trips, 2–3 weeks is usually enough.
Can I book just a visa, or just flights, without a full package?
Yes — visa assistance, flights, hotels and insurance are all available on their own. Most people start with one of these and add the rest once their dates firm up.
Do you offer EMI or "travel now, pay later"?
Not at the moment — payments are taken directly. Ask us about airline and hotel-side instalment options where they're available.
What if my visa application has been refused before?
We work with a number of clients in exactly this situation — a prior refusal doesn't rule out a fresh, stronger application. Bring your refusal letter in and we'll go through it with you.
Do you handle group and family bookings?
Yes, regularly — extended family groups travelling together for weddings, reunions or group Canada/USA visits are a large part of what we do.
Can you plan a fully custom itinerary, not just the packages listed here?
The destinations above are our most-booked routes, but any of them — and plenty not listed — can be built entirely to your dates, cities and budget. Tell us what you have in mind.
Do you help with travel insurance separately, or only as part of a package?
Insurance can be arranged on its own, even if you've booked your flights and hotels elsewhere.
What documents do I need to start a visa application?
It depends on the country and visa type — for a spouse-sponsored Canada application, for instance, we'll hand you a checklist covering passport, photos, proof of funds and sponsor documents. Come in or WhatsApp us and we'll send the right list for your case.
